CRM 365 CE Technical Architect

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Technical Architect to join its Belgian Business Applications team. The role designs, implements and manages Customer Engagement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot, and works closely with the Solution Architect and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture: give technical guidance to clients and project teams so that best practices for design and governance are followed, and ensure solutions are robust, scalable and easy to maintain.
• Validate solution design and implementation plans with the Solution Architect, keeping the technical architecture aligned with the agreed solution blueprint, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure cloud components and system integration.
• Help define the systems integration scope and gather technical application requirements with the Solution Architect, client stakeholders and the project team.
• Engage with prospective and current clients early in an opportunity, during solution demos and evaluations.
• Take part in local and global Avanade communities and act as a coach and mentor to junior colleagues in the Belgian team.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Technical Architect (or equivalent).
• Strong client relationship skills, flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, and experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English and Dutch or French; a plus if you know Agile, Scrum or Prince2.

• Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) configuration, customization, security, performance and deployment.
• .NET C# for plugins, Power Platform or Dataverse for low-code development.
• Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate for workflows, and Azure DevOps or GitHub for source control and CI/CD.
• Data modeling, data migration and data integration, plus systems integration patterns and best practices.
