Creative Strategist – Performance Creative Lead

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level Creative Strategist to own performance‑driven creative strategy for paid acquisition campaigns. Working remotely, you will collaborate with media buyers, copywriters, designers, and editors to craft high‑converting ad concepts that boost customer acquisition and revenue across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative strategy for paid acquisition, focusing on Meta platforms and expanding to TikTok or YouTube.
• Develop compelling hooks, messaging angles, and creative frameworks that maximize conversions.
• Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, CVR, ROAS) to identify winning strategies and optimize creative effectiveness.
• Build and manage structured creative testing roadmaps for continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to produce and iterate high‑performing ad creatives.
• Evaluate campaign outcomes to extract actionable insights and scale top‑performing approaches.
• Experiment with new concepts, messaging strategies, and testing methodologies.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in performance creative strategy, direct‑response marketing, or conversion‑focused copywriting.
• Strong background in paid media, especially Meta advertising; experience with TikTok or YouTube is a plus.
• Proven track record creating high‑converting ad creatives for DTC/B2C brands.
• Deep understanding of direct‑response psychology and consumer behavior.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment with European working hours.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
