Corporate Tax Senior Expert

About the role

PwC is seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Expert to join its multidisciplinary tax team in Belgium. You will work closely with clients to design and implement tax strategies that meet complex reporting requirements and support sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide corporate tax advisory services and ensure accurate reporting for clients.
• Assist clients in interactions with Belgian tax authorities and develop tailored tax solutions.
• Identify tax optimisation opportunities and act as a trusted business advisor.
• Collaborate with specialised departments such as transfer pricing, M&A, personal tax and indirect tax.
• Deliver tax advice in due‑diligence, acquisition structuring, post‑deal integration and financing transactions.

Required profile

• Qualified tax professional with several years of experience in corporate tax.
• Strong understanding of Belgian and international tax legislation.
• Proven ability to manage complex client engagements and deliver high‑quality advice.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of corporate tax regulations.
• Experience with tax compliance and reporting.
• Familiarity with transfer pricing, M&A and indirect tax concepts.
