About the role
Deliveroo for Work is expanding rapidly in Belgium and seeks a Business Development Associate to drive the adoption of workplace food solutions. Based in Brussels with a hybrid work model, you will engage directly with corporate clients, helping them transform how their teams eat at work, from daily meals to events.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business across target sectors in Belgium.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting (cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, referrals) to closing and activation.
- Develop tailored pitches and value propositions based on client needs, including evening meals, group orders, events, and gifting.
- Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Service to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain a clean, up‑to‑date pipeline in the CRM and track performance metrics.
- Contribute to the improvement of sales processes, tools, and go‑to‑market strategy.
Required profile
- Strong commercial mindset with proactive, ownership‑driven attitude.
- Experience in B2B sales; outbound experience is a strong plus.
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a strong plus.

- CRM usage for pipeline management.
