Corporate Associate – Brussels Law Firm

About the role

MVVP, a well‑known Brussels‑based law firm, is looking for a Corporate Associate to join its corporate practice. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to work closely with partners and senior associates on a variety of corporate matters for national and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
• Provide advice on Belgian and European corporate governance and compliance.
• Draft legal opinions, contracts, and corporate documents such as incorporation and shareholder agreements.
• Represent clients in negotiations and, when required, in legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with teams on cross‑border and EU law issues.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a corporate lawyer.
• Additional master’s degree is an asset.
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
• Strong legal analysis, disciplined work ethic, and entrepreneurial mindset.
