Corporate and M&A Lawyer

About the role

PwC Legal is seeking an experienced Corporate and M&A lawyer to join its Brussels office. You will work on acquisitions for a diverse client base, ranging from start‑ups to large corporates, private equity firms and scale‑ups across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal due diligence and structure transactions (share deals, asset deals, corporate and private‑equity deals).
• Draft and negotiate contracts, and manage post‑deal integration matters.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including real‑estate, labour, tax and finance professionals.
• Participate in cross‑border assignments, working with international colleagues.
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Belgian master’s degree in Law (additional master relevant to M&A is a plus).
• 2–6 years of experience handling corporate and M&A transactions.
• Experience with share deals, asset deals, corporate and private‑equity transactions; real‑estate experience is an asset.
• Native French speaker and fluent in English.
• Motivated, client‑oriented with strong analytical and communication abilities.
