Corporate and M&A Lawyer

About the role

PwC Legal is seeking an experienced Corporate and M&A Lawyer to join its multidisciplinary team in Brussels. You will work on a wide range of acquisition projects for national and international clients, spanning corporates, private equity firms, start‑ups and scale‑ups across various sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the deal cycle, including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, contract drafting and negotiations.
• Manage post‑deal integration matters and provide ongoing legal support after transaction completion.
• Collaborate with PwC Legal colleagues in real estate, labour law and other specialties, as well as with PwC tax and finance professionals.
• Participate in cross‑border transactions, working within international teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Belgian Master’s degree in Law (additional M&A‑relevant master’s degree is a plus).
• 2–6 years of experience handling share deals, asset deals, corporate and private‑equity transactions.
• Fluent French (native) and English.
• Strong analytical, communication and writing abilities.
• Client‑oriented mindset and a passion for closing deals.
