Corporate and M&A Lawyer

About the role

PwC Legal is seeking an experienced Corporate and M&A Lawyer to join its Brussels office. You will work on acquisitions for a diverse client base, ranging from start‑ups to large corporates, private equity firms and scale‑ups across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead legal due diligence, structuring and negotiation of share and asset deals.
• Draft and review transaction contracts and related documentation.
• Manage post‑deal integration matters.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including real estate, labour, tax and finance professionals.
• Serve as the primary legal contact for both internal stakeholders and clients, including cross‑border assignments.

Required profile

• Belgian Master’s degree in Law (additional M&A‑relevant master’s is a plus).
• 2–6 years of experience handling corporate, share, asset and private‑equity transactions.
• Experience with real‑estate deals is an advantage.
• Native French speaker with fluency in English.
• Motivated, client‑oriented with strong analytical and communication abilities.
