Copilot Adoption Strategist

About the role

The Copilot Adoption Strategist drives the successful uptake of Copilot technologies across the organization. You will build vibrant user communities, deliver training, and provide functional support to maximize engagement with Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and animate user communities around Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365.
• Foster engagement through communication, events, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
• Act as an internal ambassador for Copilot, promoting its benefits.
• Design and deliver training sessions and workshops for diverse user profiles.
• Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve user queries.
• Test new functionalities, generate adoption reports, and help maintain a centralized prompt library.
• Assist in managing Copilot licenses to ensure optimal usage.

Required profile

• Strong background in user community management.
• Proven experience designing and delivering training materials.
• Ability to provide functional support to end‑users.
• Good knowledge of Copilot features and their practical applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset to assess engagement and adoption metrics.
• Nice to have: familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, experience creating learning paths, and a background in project management or operations.
