Continuous Improvement Engineer

About the role
We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive operational excellence across our production environment. In this role you will apply proven improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and support a culture of continuous development.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage improvement projects from concept to implementation.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.
- Facilitate cross‑functional teams to develop and execute Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives.
- Monitor project outcomes, report results, and ensure sustainable gains.
- Provide training and mentorship to staff on improvement tools and best practices.
Required profile
- Proven experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical mindset with a problem‑solving orientation.
- Ability to work proactively and take a hands‑on approach.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
