Content Migration Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Content Migration Specialist to lead the transfer and implementation of content into a new CMS for a corporate website. The role involves close collaboration with the digital communication team, business stakeholders, and the project team to ensure a smooth launch.

Key responsibilities

• Migrate and implement various content types (news, publications, pages) into the new CMS.
• Structure and format content according to the website architecture and templates.
• Review content for quality, consistency, and completeness.
• Apply correct metadata, tagging, and page structure.
• Coordinate with the project manager to follow the content delivery plan and meet deadlines.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to missing or delayed content.
• Provide feedback on CMS usage and content workflows to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Good command of Dutch and/or French and English.
• Willingness to work primarily on‑site in Brussels.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and a pragmatic, hands‑on mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with content management systems, preferably SiteCore.
