Content Migration Specialist

About the role

Our client, a leading player in the energy sector, is driving a major digital transformation and needs a Content Migration Specialist to ensure a smooth transition of high‑quality content into a new corporate CMS. You will be responsible for maintaining structural consistency and technical accuracy throughout the migration project.

Key responsibilities

• Migrate and implement diverse content types, such as news articles and publications, into the new CMS.
• Structure and format content according to the established website architecture and templates.
• Review content for quality, consistency, and completeness to meet corporate standards.
• Apply correct metadata, tagging, and page structures.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage the content delivery plan and respect deadlines.
• Identify potential risks related to missing or delayed content and take proactive follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content management and working within CMS environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
• High attention to detail and a pragmatic, hands‑on mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Fluent in English with a good level of Dutch and/or French.
