Content Migration Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Content Migration Specialist to lead the transfer and implementation of website content into a new content management system. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure that all content is correctly structured, tagged and ready for publication on the corporate site.

Key responsibilities

• Migrate and implement various types of content (news, publications, web pages) into the new CMS.
• Structure and format content according to the new site architecture and templates.
• Review content for quality, consistency and completeness.
• Apply appropriate metadata, tagging and page hierarchy.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage delivery timelines and track progress.
• Identify and mitigate risks such as missing or delayed content.
• Provide feedback on CMS usage and workflow to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with content management systems, preferably Sitecore.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and a pragmatic, hands‑on approach.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Interest in digital communications and web content.
• Fluent English and proficiency in an additional language (Dutch or French preferred).
