About the role
Join PwC's Internal Firm Services as a Company Lawyer within the Office of the General Counsel. You will support the smooth operation of a global organisation by providing legal expertise to internal clients and ensuring compliance with Belgian law.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, draft and review contracts between PwC and its clients or suppliers.
- Provide legal assistance across business, company, contract and professional regulation matters to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor developments in statutes, regulations, case law and academic writings relevant to business law.
- Deliver dispute management services as needed.
- Oversee legal administration and statutory formalities for PwC’s various legal entities.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Belgian Law.
- Generalist bar experience, preferably with a completed traineeship.
- Several years of professional experience as a company lawyer.
- Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proactive, responsible and client‑oriented attitude.
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
