Community & Content Manager (French/Dutch) – Brussels

About the role

EcoShift is launching a digital platform that helps consumers make eco‑positive choices. As a bilingual French‑Dutch Community & Content Manager, you will give voice to the growing eco‑friendly community, create engaging content, and nurture relationships with both app users and certified eco‑professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write and publish daily content for the app’s home feed, including news, stories, photos, quotes and polls.
• Manage and grow the platform’s social channels in French and Dutch, turning engagement into app downloads and active use.
• Moderate community interactions, respond to questions, welcome new members and maintain a positive tone in the language chosen by each user.
• Prepare press kits, build media and influencer lists, and support the public launch of the platform.
• Develop outreach sequences to attract certified eco‑professionals and help them launch their first campaigns.
• Provide weekly performance reports highlighting successes, challenges and ideas for improvement.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French and Dutch.
• Passion for eco‑responsible living and desire to contribute to the eco‑centric transition.
• Experience in community management or content creation for digital platforms.

What we offer

• Part‑time freelance contract (3 days per week) with hybrid work (office in Brussels and remote).
• Monthly compensation of €1,500–€2,200 (ex‑VAT) plus warrants.
