Communication Trainee – Sustainability Focus

About the role

Bleen, a boutique sustainability consultancy in Brussels, is looking for a motivated Communication Trainee. This full‑time, unpaid academic internship offers hands‑on experience supporting internal and external communication across multiple channels while contributing to the firm’s mission of a decarbonised, regenerative economy.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish content for various communication platforms.
• Support the production and delivery of podcasts.
• Lead the coordination of a pro‑bono event.
• Assist in shaping internal and external communication strategies.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure coherent and impactful messaging.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
• Excellent French and English language skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Brussels for the internship duration.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and a deep motivation to work toward a sustainable future.
