Paid Social Specialist – Part‑time Contractor (EMEA)

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Paid Social Specialist to manage Meta Ads campaigns for a high‑visibility client in the EMEA region. The role is contract‑based and works within a fully distributed team, requiring independent execution and proactive communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns daily, ensuring pacing, delivery, and performance meet KPI targets.
• Review creative assets, provide performance‑based feedback, and support creative testing.
• Participate in strategic calls and collaborate with internal teams to align priorities and execution direction.
• Proactively flag performance risks, delivery issues, or optimization opportunities.
• Maintain campaign hygiene and tracking integrity across assigned accounts.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on paid social experience, specifically with Meta Ads.
• Proven ability to manage client accounts independently with minimal direction.
• Based in the EMEA region with appropriate timezone alignment.
• Upper‑intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Meta Ads platform expertise.
• Campaign structure best practices (prospecting, retargeting, lifecycle flows).
• Performance KPI analysis (CPA, ROAS, CPM, CTR).
