About the role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a modern, AI‑driven legal platform that serves leading technology companies. The role is fully remote, project‑based and allows you to select assignments that match your expertise while managing your own schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft and redline a variety of commercial agreements.
• Advise clients on contract terms, legal risks and negotiation strategies.
• Deliver high‑quality legal work with fast turnaround, typically within 24 hours of project acceptance.

Required profile

• Licensed Advokat in Belgium, in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Background at a top‑tier law firm or as in‑house counsel for a technology company.
• Professional liability/malpractice insurance.
