Commercial Attorney – Debt Recovery & Litigation (Part‑time, Remote)

About the role

Eternity Advocates seeks a qualified Belgian attorney to join its team on a part‑time, remote basis. The role focuses on debt recovery and commercial litigation, supporting both domestic and cross‑border projects where Belgian legal expertise is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice under Belgian commercial and civil legislation.
• Handle debt recovery and commercial litigation matters from inception to enforcement.
• Represent clients in negotiations, court proceedings, and enforcement actions.
• Draft and review contracts, claims, motions, and legal opinions.
• Assess legal risks and devise dispute‑resolution strategies.
• Coordinate with international legal teams when required.

Required profile

• Active Bar membership in Belgium.
• Minimum three years of experience in debt recovery and/or commercial litigation.
• Strong background in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage cases efficiently.
• Professional integrity, confidentiality, and upper‑intermediate English proficiency.
