Change Management Consultant (French/English)

About the role

Convidencia is seeking a Change Management Consultant to support organizational and Agile transformation projects for clients in Belgium. You will work in bilingual French‑English environments, helping companies achieve strategic and cultural objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead change projects under a project manager, covering design, facilitation, stakeholder management, action coordination and information flow.
• Design and deploy cultural and organizational transformation trajectories.
• Develop an Agile culture at the organizational level, applying Agile principles and methods.
• Strengthen cross‑functional project culture, break down silos and support resistance to change.
• Promote collective intelligence and sustainable participatory practices.
• Facilitate working groups, meetings, workshops and co‑creation sessions in English and/or French.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in change management and organizational transformation.
• Proficiency in classic change approaches such as ADKAR, Kotter and Lewin.
• Comfort with Agile culture and methods.
• Experience with tools and practices for collective intelligence and participatory dynamics.
• Strong coaching, facilitation and training abilities.
• Excellent communication, active listening, diplomacy and a sense of humor.
• Very good command of French and English; good command of Dutch.
