Business Solutions Specialist

About the role

Join the PMQ team at BMW Financial Services and help shape smarter, more efficient ways of working across the organisation. You will work at the intersection of business and IT, driving digital innovation and process optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing workflows, identify bottlenecks and propose faster, smarter solutions.
• Lead improvement initiatives from concept through implementation, guiding teams through change.
• Ensure all processes comply with legal, governance and BMW standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT, translating requirements into actionable solutions.
• Maintain and enhance process documentation and support successful audit outcomes.
• Drive automation and AI projects, collaborating with the Digital Accelerator community.
• Participate in, and occasionally lead, cross‑functional international projects with tangible business impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent experience) with at least 5 years in process improvement, IT systems or project management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to optimise complex processes.
• Excellent communication skills, making technical topics easy to understand.
• Structured, organised and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; good command of French.
