Business Development Executive – FinTech (Hybrid, Brussels)

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing European fintech platform, is looking for a Business Development Executive to join its sales team in Brussels. The role focuses on connecting businesses seeking liquidity with investors, helping optimise cash flow through data‑driven financing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle – prospect inbound and outbound leads, pitch, negotiate and close deals.
• Assess client needs and explain how the invoice‑factoring platform works and its benefits.
• Negotiate and adjust contractual terms to suit potential clients.
• Act as the main point of contact, build long‑term relationships and support clients through onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, finance or a related field.
• 0‑1 years of experience; experience in finance or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Dutch.
• Commercial mindset with high energy and ambition in a performance‑driven environment.
• Accuracy and precision in handling financial documentation.
• Resilient, autonomous, results‑driven and adaptable to a fast‑paced fintech setting.
