Business Developer – Electric Mobility

About the role

ENGIE is expanding its electric vehicle charging network across Belgium and seeks a Business Developer to drive the growth of its electric mobility solutions. You will work within the Local Energy Infrastructures and Engie Vianeo team, contributing to the acceleration of decarbonised mobility.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high‑potential locations for EV charging deployment.
• Engage landowners and secure interest for installing charging infrastructure on their sites.
• Negotiate commercial files through to contract signing.
• Co‑create new offers (content and design) with the Head of Business Development.
• Monitor competitor activity to maintain differentiation.
• Analyse RFI/RFQ requests and propose response strategies.
• Collaborate with purchasing, finance and other functions on tender preparation.
• Participate in local, European and Group‑level development and investment committees.
• Report to the Head of Business Development and work within a small, international team.

Required profile

• Degree in commerce, management, business administration or engineering with a strong commercial orientation.
• Strong interest in electric mobility and emerging technologies.
• Ability to prioritize commercial opportunities based on objective criteria.
