About the role

Join Accenture Song’s Design & Digital Products team in Brussels as a Business Design Analyst. This early‑career, full‑time role sits within the strategy discipline, supporting consultants and managers to turn ideas into market‑ready solutions for leading brands across mobility, beauty, wellbeing, finance and retail.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of client challenges, market dynamics and business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with junior client team members and internal stakeholders.
• Plan, prepare and facilitate internal swarms and external workshops, including client presentations.
• Conduct primary research such as interviews, mystery shopping and customer testing.
• Perform market and commercial analysis to inform strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with the creative team to craft compelling stories and design solution concepts.
• Own work‑stream deliverables, proactively raise standards and share insights with the wider team.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong analytical mindset and curiosity about business problems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
• Proactive, self‑starting attitude and comfort working in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.
• Willingness to mentor interns and contribute to team culture.
