Business Controller – Supply Chain & Innovation

About the role

As the Supply Chain & Innovation Business Controller you will sit at the intersection of operational performance and future growth. You will partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing and Finance to provide financial clarity for key decisions, steer performance and build business cases for new innovations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor costs, performance and key financial indicators together with Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for logistics, distribution and procurement activities.
• Develop and challenge financial business cases for innovation and new product development projects.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, NPD, Sales and Operations to ensure project profitability and performance alignment.
• Contribute to reporting improvements, process simplification and data quality using SAP and related tools.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of controlling experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing or supply‑chain environments.
• Ability to translate complex figures into clear business insights.
• Strong partnership skills with non‑finance stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Danish are a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with SAP.
• Familiarity with Power BI (or similar data‑visualisation tools).
