Business Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Business Consultant to support multiple teams by analysing complex environments, designing solutions, and driving transformation initiatives. The role bridges business and IT, ensuring alignment across stakeholders while bringing structure and clarity to a still‑maturing process landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Analyse requirements and assess impact across processes, systems, and data flows.
• Perform end‑to‑end impact analyses across applications and domains.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and solution directions.
• Design conceptual solutions for transformation initiatives and contribute to roadmap development.
• Support business case creation, strategic decision‑making, and acceptance‑criteria definition.
• Lead process design, continuous improvement, and ensure high‑quality documentation.
• Act as a domain expert, coordinating with vendors and delivering insights for operational and strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 5–7 years of experience in business analysis or consultancy roles.
• Proven experience in complex, multi‑system environments.
• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and continuous‑improvement mindset.
