Business Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Business Consultant to implement tailored software solutions for finance‑focused clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client requirements. You will work closely with diverse teams, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Implement software solutions for new and existing clients, guaranteeing alignment with requirements and timely delivery.
• Assess client needs and translate them into actionable software specifications.
• Prepare detailed proposals and customized reports for clients.
• Oversee projects from planning through execution, managing coordination and risk evaluation.
• Maintain ongoing client communication and support throughout implementation.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
• Mentor junior consultants by providing guidance and sharing expertise.
• Participate in enhancing internal processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance, management science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in portfolio management, asset management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in information technology and financial markets.
• Fluent in French with a good command of English.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to organize multiple priorities and pay close attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as required.
