Branding & Marketing Lead

About the role

We are rebuilding property management with AI and need a seasoned Branding & Marketing Lead to take our brand from obscurity to category‑defining status. You will own the Sebas brand, shape its voice, visual identity and narrative, and build a high‑impact marketing engine that fuels rapid growth across Belgium and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the end‑to‑end brand strategy, including positioning, visual identity and messaging.
• Run the full marketing funnel: content creation, paid acquisition, SEO, partnerships, PR and events.
• Drive two parallel growth tracks – organic market penetration and integration of acquired syndici through co‑branding playbooks.
• Act as the public face of the company: founder branding, LinkedIn presence, podcasts and speaking engagements.
• Recruit, mentor and lead the marketing team as the organization scales.

Required profile

• 4+ years in brand or growth marketing, with experience scaling a startup from zero to multi‑million ARR.
• Proven ability to move quickly: create positioning docs, launch campaigns and deliver assets within days.
• Excellent written communication in English and Dutch.
• Comfortable being the sole marketer initially and evolving into a team leader.
