Brand Manager Assistant Internship (Marketing)

About the role

Join the Fine Biscuits Company Group as a Brand Manager Assistant Intern and support the development and promotion of iconic biscuit brands. You will work closely with internal and external teams to drive product innovation, market activations, and brand performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ad‑hoc analysis using distributor and consumer panels and perform competitive reviews.
• Collaborate with R&D, sales, supply, and design agencies to develop new products and product renovations.
• Assist in planning and evaluating media, PR, events, and sampling activations.
• Coordinate social‑media activity for the product range together with the digital team.
• Manage packaging briefs and debriefs with design agencies.
• Support innovation launches through ideation, consumer research, and sales‑pitch development.
• Help monitor the brand budget.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated with a master’s degree in marketing or economics.
• Interest in the FMCG sector, preferably with some marketing exposure.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexible, eager to learn and able to think creatively.
• Multicultural sensitivity and a team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel
• PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Nielsen, Kantar or GFK (a plus)

What we offer

• 6‑month internship (39.5 h/week) starting July 2026.
• Stipend of €950 per month.
• Location: Brussels (Watermael‑Boitsfort), onsite work environment.
