Brand Activation & Events Intern

About the role

Join AB InBev’s brand team in Leuven as a Brand Activation & Events Intern. You will work on high‑impact activations across festivals, sports events and national partnerships, directly influencing brand visibility and consumer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of brand activations, coordinating with agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage timelines, deliverables and budgets while maintaining structured tracking files in Excel.
• Act as a point of contact for agencies, partners and internal teams, aligning with marketing, sales and legal departments.
• Assist on‑site at events, handling real‑time logistics, last‑minute changes and ensuring high‑quality brand visibility.
• Work within brand guidelines to brief visuals, content and concepts, thinking through the consumer journey.
• Track activation volumes, costs and consumer reach, contributing to simple ROI analysis.
