Bond Sales Manager – Belgium (Fixed‑term 1 year)

About the role

Fastned is seeking its first dedicated Bond Sales Manager for Belgium. This fixed‑term position will be the face of Fastned’s retail bond programme in the Belgian market, driving investor outreach and expanding the bondholder base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead bond subscriptions in Belgium, managing outreach during three annual bond rounds.
• Maintain ongoing communication with existing bondholders to encourage retention and reinvestment.
• Grow the Belgian investor network by leveraging personal contacts and identifying high‑net‑worth individuals, finance communities, and retail groups.
• Monitor market trends, interest‑rate movements, competing products, and regulatory changes, providing actionable insights to the central team.
• Represent Fastned at investor events, host local gatherings, and feed market intelligence into product and marketing decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably within finance or investment products.
• Proven track record of meeting fundraising or sales targets.
• Strong financial understanding and ability to explain bond structures to diverse investors.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build lasting relationships.
