Beauty Advisor Engagement Specialist

About the role

CHANEL is seeking a Beauty Advisor Engagement Specialist to join the Fragrance & Beauty Learning Department for Benelux & Scandinavia, based in Brussels. The role focuses on strengthening the wholesale Beauty Advisor community through learning moments, events, and activations, ensuring a consistent and inspiring CHANEL experience across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a long‑term engagement strategy for wholesale Beauty Advisors.
• Create and manage the BA Engagement program, including training activities, activations, communication, ordering and distribution.
• Coordinate with marketing and commercial teams to align priorities such as product launches and special programs.
• Organise on‑site learning events, act as project manager for external trainings, and support digital events.
• Maintain training schedules, communicate via retailer networks and the CHANEL e‑learning mobile app.
• Analyse KPIs and gather stakeholder feedback to continuously improve the Beauty Advisor experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in event management, learning coordination, brand activation or community engagement, preferably within beauty, luxury, retail or premium services.
• Strong project mindset with excellent organisational abilities.
• Ability to translate brand priorities into engaging learning experiences.
• Proactive, flexible, solution‑oriented and comfortable collaborating across teams.
