Back-End Developer – Healthcare Platform

About the role

You will join a remote team of ten developers building a digital sleep clinic platform. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable backend services that support patient management, telehealth, and billing workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python, Django, and related technologies.
• Create and evolve RESTful APIs for web, mobile, and third‑party integrations.
• Automate workflows for medical, billing, and sales teams.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimise system reliability.
• Contribute to technical architecture ensuring scalability, maintainability, and compliance.
• Implement security best practices to protect health data (HIPAA, GDPR).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional backend development experience.
• 2+ years of hands‑on Python development.
• Fluent in French and English.
