Azure DevOps Engineer – Brussels, Belgium

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to join our hybrid team in Brussels. You will ensure the stability and high availability of our platforms while driving automation and continuous improvement across the software delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high availability and operational stability of production platforms.
• Manage technical and functional incidents and participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation.
• Support pre‑production and production deployments.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, and observability using tools such as ELK, Grafana and Prometheus.
• Lead automation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Ensure compliance with client risk and security standards.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong background in Incident, Change, and Configuration Management (ITIL).
• Hands‑on experience with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift or similar container platforms and running containerised micro‑services.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines (YAML), Ansible and Git.
• Familiarity with Java components in virtualised environments.
• Experience with Oracle or other relational databases and Kafka topics.
• Interest or experience in the payments domain, particularly SEPA Direct Debits.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams and willing to join on‑call rotation.
