Automation Training Consultant

About the role

The Automation Training Consultant will design, develop, and deliver high‑quality training material for automation technologies. You will translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging documentation and visual content for both novice and experienced users.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and e‑learning modules.
• Develop training presentations and videos using PowerPoint, Articulate, and Camtasia.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops, both in‑person and virtually.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to stay current on PLC, SCADA, CIP, and other automation systems.
• Manage a small training team to ensure consistent delivery and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in automation or related fields.
• Proven ability to write clear technical documentation in English.
• Strong motivation, high energy, and the capacity to learn quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a team.
