Audit Champion – Implementation Lead

About the role
Auditstage is launching its audit software in September and needs seasoned auditors to lead the implementation at client firms. As an Audit Champion you will combine deep audit knowledge with the platform’s methodology to ensure a smooth rollout and help clients adopt the tool effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Lead configuration of the software for each engagement in scope.
- Work side‑by‑side with engagement teams on live audits, enabling learning by doing.
- Develop internal champions within the client firm who can run future engagements independently.
- Serve as the single point of contact, answering questions quickly and keeping users productive.
- Translate on‑site observations into product roadmap input through weekly contact with product owners and developers.
- Standardise the implementation playbook and turn it into a repeatable process.
- Build and lead a team of champions to scale onboarding across Belgium and abroad.
Required profile
- 4 to 7 years of experience in external financial auditing.
- Background in a Big 4 firm is a major plus.
