Associate Lawyer – Employment Law (Senior)

About the role

Pwc Legal is seeking an Associate Lawyer specialized in Employment Law to join its multidisciplinary team in Brussels. You will work alongside more than 90 lawyers providing end‑to‑end legal solutions for a diverse client base across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on individual and collective labour law matters, including restructuring, compensation, benefits, and new ways of working.
• Support the Employment Law team in delivering comprehensive advice on social law, international employment, and compliance issues.
• Participate in client projects, draft legal documents, and contribute to the development of innovative legal solutions.
• Collaborate with PwC experts from other service lines to deliver integrated business‑focused legal services.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in social/ employment law.
• Master’s degree in law with a specialization in social law (a Master’s in Social Law is a strong plus).
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
• Strong analytical, writing and communication skills.
• Motivated, dynamic, able to work independently and as part of a team.
