Associate Lawyer – Corporate & Commercial Law

About the role

PwC Legal is seeking a motivated Associate Lawyer (with the option to be senior) to join its Corporate & Commercial Law team in Brussels. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary network of lawyers, tax, and finance experts to deliver end‑to‑end legal solutions for national and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in establishing and restructuring corporate entities and commercial operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Support M&A transactions, including legal due diligence, structuring, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal PwC Legal specialists (real estate, labour, tax, finance) on cross‑border projects.
• Provide legal advice to corporations, non‑profits, and government organisations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in law with a focus on corporate law (or an additional corporate law qualification).
• 1‑4 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and writing abilities.
• Team‑player who can work under pressure and manage client expectations.
• Fluent in French and English.

• Proficiency in using AI tools for legal research or document automation.
