Associate DevSecOps Engineer (Luxembourg)

About the role

The European Investment Bank is looking for an Associate DevSecOps Engineer to join its Cloud, DevSecOps & SDLC Enablement Unit in Luxembourg. You will work on embedding security throughout the software delivery lifecycle and help teams adopt secure, automated CI‑CD pipelines in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operation of the DevSecOps toolchain, including CI/CD platforms, code repositories, artifact management and infrastructure‑as‑code tooling.
• Maintain secure pipeline templates and shared components, applying platform standards and security baselines.
• Assist the rollout of the EIB SDLC framework, implementing quality gates, automated controls and evidence‑collection mechanisms.
• Embed security controls such as static and dynamic code analysis, dependency and artifact scanning, secrets management and infrastructure security checks.
• Monitor and help remediate security findings from automated scans in collaboration with delivery teams and senior engineers.

Required profile

• Entry‑level or associate‑level experience with DevSecOps practices and tools.
• Ability to work closely with development, infrastructure and security teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn secure software delivery techniques.
