About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to lead a store team in delivering an outstanding in‑store customer experience. You will coach, train and motivate associates while overseeing daily operations, visual merchandising, and asset protection. When the Store Manager is absent, you will assume full managerial responsibility.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure product knowledge across the team and provide expert advice to shoppers.
- Manage store operations, visual merchandising, and asset protection standards.
- Act as a liaison between customers, associates, and store leadership.
- Maintain awareness of current and upcoming product trends.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of leadership experience in a customer‑facing sales environment.
- Strong analytical and mathematical abilities for problem solving and financial analysis.
- High ethical standards, integrity and trustworthiness.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Resourceful and adaptable in a fast‑changing omni‑channel retail setting.
