About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager to join its vibrant Front Office team. You will play a key part in delivering the brand promise of "Every Moment Matters" by ensuring each guest experience is seamless and memorable.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the front office team, setting standards for service excellence.
  • Oversee all aspects of the guest journey, from check‑in to check‑out, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and daily operational workflows.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth hotel operations.

Required profile

  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and handle complaints.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience supervising front desk staff and fostering teamwork.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on timely resolution.
  • Experience in staff scheduling and workflow management.
  • Background in training and developing front desk personnel.
  • Solid understanding of check‑in/check‑out procedures, reservation management, and guest billing.
  • Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities.
