AP Accountant – Liège

About the role

Gaming1 is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant to join its accounting team in Liège, Belgium. You will be responsible for handling the purchase‑to‑pay (P2P) process, ensuring accurate invoice recording, and supporting the professionalisation of the department.

Key responsibilities

• Record purchase invoices (both PO and non‑PO) for Belgian and Spanish entities.
• Follow up on any issues related to invoice booking, including vendor creation.
• Train and manage the OCR tool to automatically recognise invoice fields.
• Monitor the purchase mailbox and take required actions.
• Ensure internal and external procedures are correctly applied.
• Contribute to continuous optimisation of the P2P process and ERP system.

Required profile

• Degree in accounting or equivalent proven experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred; Exflow module a plus).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Basic knowledge of English.
