Allround Hostel Staff – Part‑time (Student Friendly)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic students or side‑jobbers to join our a&o hostel team as all‑round staff. The position is permanent, part‑time and offers flexible shifts across reception, bar, restaurant and general service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest check‑in and check‑out at the reception desk.
• Provide guest relations support, answer questions and address needs.
• Serve hot and cold drinks, snacks and prepare cocktails at the bar.
• Assist with breakfast, lunch or dinner buffet preparation and ensure hygiene standards.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the hostel.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled at a university with a valid enrolment certificate.
• Enjoy interacting with guests and delivering good service.
• Independent, highly committed and a team player.
• Proficient in Dutch and English at B2 level; additional languages are a plus.
