AI LLM Technology Architecture Manager

About the role

Accenture is looking for an experienced, senior AI/LLM Architect to design and deliver end-to-end AI platform architectures for its clients. The role sits at the intersection of business and engineering, owning the technical design of advanced AI systems spanning classical machine learning, generative AI and agentic systems, and taking deep ownership of one or more architecture domains such as agentic application design, AI security and trust, AI operations and observability, data and knowledge engineering, or model platforms and inference.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into a technical vision, defining non-functional requirements for performance, reliability and cost
• Lead stakeholder workshops to align on technical feasibility, scope and expectations
• Drive technology selection, including build-vs-buy decisions for AI platforms and foundational models
• Architect multi-agent systems, the Agent Registry, the AI Gateway, a certification gate and core agent services including an abstracted memory service
• Design the end-to-end data pipeline and the context layer (knowledge graphs, vector search, semantic retrieval) for reliable RAG
• Architect model routing, high-throughput low-latency inference, and security, governance and observability controls
• Maintain the enterprise AI reference architecture, design patterns and approved software components
• Deliver proof-of-concept prototypes and author architecture artifacts such as ADRs, blueprints and sequence diagrams
• Mentor data, ML and application engineering teams on architectural best practices

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions using agentic, generative and classical AI/ML with at least one cloud vendor
• At least 2 years in the agentic, LLM and generative AI space
• At least 4 years of Python coding experience
• At least 4 years in coding engineering, machine learning, deep learning and NLP solutions
• At least 4 years as a machine learning architect designing big data and large-scale analytical solutions
