AI Enablement Manager

About the role

Collibra's Talent Management & Development team is looking for an AI Enablement Manager to help employees confidently adopt AI and find practical ways to rethink how work gets done. The role combines hands-on AI experience with coaching, enablement and learning, and reports to the Director of Talent Management & Development. It is a hybrid position based in the Brussels office, with at least two days a week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and design Collibra's AI enablement approach and programs, and partner with leaders across the business to identify high-value AI and automation opportunities
• Build and lead an AI Mentor network and coach leaders, teams and employees to integrate AI into their workflows
• Develop and deliver workshops, self-paced learning and practical guidance, and create reusable resources and tools for AI use cases
• Measure AI maturity and adoption, gather business feedback and continuously improve the enablement approach
• Own and deliver the Product & Engineering onboarding program, and adapt enterprise learning for technical audiences

Required profile

• Hands-on experience building practical AI solutions, including agents and automated workflows
• Experience assessing business processes and coaching others to adopt AI
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and facilitate engaging workshops
• Naturally curious, collaborative, organized and able to manage multiple initiatives at once
