Admin and Communication Coordinator

About the role

The Conference of European Directors of Roads (CEDR) is seeking an Admin and Communication Coordinator to join its Secretariat in Brussels. This position sits at the heart of CEDR’s operations, supporting both administrative functions and external communications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage CEDR’s website content and ensure up‑to‑date information.
• Coordinate internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, and social media updates.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support such as scheduling meetings, handling finance paperwork, and maintaining internal processes.
• Assist with project coordination across European road‑transport initiatives.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation for members and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Structured and proactive attitude with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience in administrative support, digital communication, and website management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
