Academic Position in Digital Marketing

About the role

The Louvain School of Management seeks a full‑time academic to develop and teach digital marketing at the intersection of marketing, digital transformation, and digital business models.

Key responsibilities

• Teach Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes in digital marketing, including off‑peak hours as needed.
• Develop a research programme on consumer behaviour, algorithmic personalization, gamification, digital health and the impact of AI and platforms.
• Supervise dissertations, contribute to programme and examination committees, and engage in interdisciplinary collaborations.

Required profile

• PhD in Management, Marketing, Economics or equivalent.
• Proven university teaching record with formal evaluations.
• Strong publication record in internationally recognised journals.
• Experience abroad or extended stay outside the awarding institution.

What we offer

• Tenure after a successful probationary period (typically four years) with public sector pension.
