About the role
The NATO Young Professionals Programme (YPP) offers a three‑year rotational experience across three NATO bodies. You will work in Capellen (Luxembourg), Mons (Belgium) and Brussels (Belgium) on programme and project management tasks that support NATO’s security mission.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, prepare and control assigned projects and programmes.
- Support implementation of programmes/projects and monitor their performance.
- Update the change roadmap in collaboration with business lines and corporate functions.
- Gradually assume increasing responsibility throughout the three‑year cycle.
Required profile
- National of a NATO member state.
- Master’s degree.
- At least one year of relevant work experience.
