Young Graduate SAP Consultant – Technology SAP

About the role

Accenture is looking for a 2026 graduate to join its SAP practice in Brussels. As a Young Graduate SAP Consultant you will work at the intersection of business, technology and AI, supporting clients as they move to SAP S/4HANA and cloud‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in SAP S/4HANA and cloud transformation programmes, helping clients replace legacy systems.
• Explore and prototype Generative AI and intelligent automation use‑cases within SAP (AI‑assisted configuration, embedded analytics, process co‑pilots).
• Participate in client workshops and stakeholder meetings to translate business requirements into structured solutions.
• Support project delivery by tracking progress, identifying risks and ensuring quality outcomes.
• Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives as a recent graduate, focusing on supply‑chain, finance or data & analytics domains.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Applied Economics, Computer Science or a related field, graduating in 2026.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French (working knowledge of the other language).
• Curious, analytical, comfortable with ambiguity and a strong team player.
• Motivated to learn and open to feedback.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and cloud concepts.
• Interest in Generative AI and automation technologies.
