About the role

Van Bael & Bellis is looking for a qualified lawyer to join its Brussels Trade team as a WTO Trade Law Associate. The position focuses on WTO law within an international practice, offering the chance to work on high‑profile trade matters.

Key responsibilities

Draft legal documents related to WTO and international trade matters.
Provide advice on WTO law to clients and internal teams.
Represent clients before WTO and other relevant trade institutions.

Required profile

Strong academic background in WTO law.
Experience in EU and international trade law is preferred.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

Required skills

Legal drafting of trade‑related documents.
Advisory expertise on WTO law.
Client representation before trade institutions.
